atthew joined Murphy Law Group in May 2021. Prior to joining, Matthew worked for a small general commercial litigation firm who represented both individuals and corporate clients in both Federal and State Court. Matthew worked on cases involving employment disputes, securities fraud, and a wide variety of cases all revolving around complex civil litigation. While attending the UIC John Marshall Law School Matthew was on the executive board for the Journal of Information Technology and Privacy Law where he wrote a comment analyzing a need for protections, like those given to corporate whistleblowers, for those who declassify top secret information and documents to the public for the sole purpose of informing the general public of potential violations of privacy rights being done by various agencies.
Prior to law school Matthew attended Marquette University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Psychology. Matthew now lives in Schaumburg with his wife and their cat Oliver.
