Tyler John Geppert is a Senior Associate Attorney at Murphy Law Group, focusing his practice principally on commercial litigation, corporate litigation and counsel and white-collar criminal defense litigation.

Tyler has extensive trial experience on a broad range of issues in State and Federal Court and prides himself on effectively representing both individuals and company owners and leaders. Client engagement is central to a successful attorney-client relationship and Tyler is committed to maintaining a high level of communication, transparency and rapport with his clients from all walks of life. This understanding coupled with Tyler’s experience and trial posture ensures that Tyler often obtains the most favorable results for his clients, including a jury award in excess of ten million dollars.

Currently corporate counsel for an international startup, Tyler also advises companies in areas of contract disputes, employment law and negotiates business and real estate contracts.

Prior to joining Murphy Law Group, Tyler worked as an Associate Attorney in the Chicago Area for sophisticated commercial litigation firms gaining invaluable expertise in both the Court room and at the negotiating table.

A Chicagoland native, Tyler attended the University of Iowa, receiving his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History and Spanish, a Spanish language certificate from the Universidad de Valladolid in Valladolid, Spain and a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.
